"So many good options to choose from"
I really like how much stuff Poké Bros has on the menu. You can keep it simple, or kinda go all in and build your own bowl with different toppings, sauces, proteins, and veggies.
I’ve ordered from here a few times now and still feel like there’s a bunch I haven’t tried yet. It’s also nice having a spot where my friends can all find something they’re in the mood for.

"Shockingly Clean for a Quick Lunch Spot"
Stopped by Poke Bros for a quick lunch and, weirdly enough, the place was actually really clean. I know, a restaurant with wiped-down tables and clean floors, what a concept. The food area looked neat too, which I definitely appreciated because I’m picky about that stuff. Made me feel way better about eating there, and the lunch was solid

Ordering from the site was smooth. The menu loaded quickly, the options were easy to understand, and adding toppings didn’t turn into one of those confusing little online chores.
Checkout was just as straightforward, with no strange extra steps or errors popping up. I liked being able to review everything before paying, it made the whole thing feel calm and easy, which is really all I want when I’m just trying to satisfy a poke craving.

I ordered a build-your-own bowl with a side, everything came exactly the way I picked it. No missing toppings, the sauce was right, and they even remembered the extra ginger, which I really appreciated. It might sound like a small thing, but so many places somehow mess that up. Poke Bros made the whole order super easy, and my food was ready right on time. I’d definitely order again!

"Love that I can make my bowl exactly how I want 😋"
I really like ordering from Poke Bros because I can customize my bowl depending on what I’m craving that day. Sometimes I want a bunch of toppings, and other times I keep it simple with rice, tuna, and sauce. It’s just nice not being locked into one premade option. Plus, everything I picked actually came correctly, which is always a win with online orders 😊

I had a little mix-up with my order, which was a bit frustrating at first, but the staff got back to me really quickly and sorted it out without making it feel like a hassle. In my opinion, it could’ve gone a little smoother from the start, but overall I was happy with how they handled it.

"Sauce choices were a letdown"
I was disappointed with the sauce options. For poke, I expected a lot more variety, but everything felt really basic and kind of bland. On top of that, there were just too many steps to get the bowl put together, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It’s hard to really enjoy it when the sauces don’t add much flavor.

"Not great if you have dietary restrictions"
I tried to order here with a food allergy, and it was more stressful than it should’ve been. The staff didn’t seem confident about what was safe, and the menu didn’t really give much guidance either. I get that restaurants can’t be perfect, but if you’re serving food, there’s a basic responsibility to help customers make safe choices. I ended up leaving without eating because I didn’t feel comfortable taking the risk

"Lunch was okay, but seating was a mess"
The food was fine, but there was nowhere to sit when I went for lunch. It felt like whoever was managing the lunch rush really dropped the ball, because plenty of people were just standing around with trays looking frustrated. Kind of ruined the experience for me.

"This place was really easy for me..."
This place was really easy for me to get to after work, which I appreciated a lot. Parking was simple too, and I hate dealing with parking, so that was a huge plus. I didn’t have to circle around forever like I do at some places. It’s funny because I wouldn’t say the location is anything special, but it was also kind of perfect for what I needed

I was happy with how many ingredients they had available. I didn’t have to change my order around or settle for something random, which was nice.

I could pick my base, protein, toppings, and sauces without any hassle. It sounds like a small thing, but when you’re hungry it suddenly feels very important, maybe even life-changing for like five minutes.

Overall, it was just a smooth and easy ordering experience. Nothing too wild, but I’d still give it 5 stars because having everything I wanted actually made a difference.
